摘要
介绍一种新型的筒形钢球磨煤机负荷监测仪，该仪表的工作原理是利用球磨机运行时发出的噪声信号，根据对不同工况下运行的球磨机噪声信号的分析，得出了表征运行工况的特性信号。这种新型的监测仪表已在几个电厂中得到应用。运行表明，采用此监测仪表，将使电站制粉系统运行更安全、更经济。
Introduced in this paper is a new type of load monitoring meter for tube mill operation,the working principle of which is the monitoring of the operating noise levels being characterized at different loadings.It has been proved to be very sensitive and Tenable in operation by application in some of the power plants.
