At first,this paper introduces the meaning of researching Metal ChelateHigh Performance Liquid Chromatography Intelligence Explanation Syetem(MCHPLCIXS).Then,on the basis of real system function structure,the emphasis isput on the researching and implementation of knowledge representation,knowledgebase management system of production rule,control strategy,backward inferencealgorithm,approximate reasoning certainty factor model,dynamic data base managementsystem and explanation system.
