摘要
细胞迁移是机体正常生长发育必不可缺的生理过程,组织损伤和感染的过程中离不开它;而在一些慢性疾病如癌症、动脉粥样硬化和慢性炎性纤维化等伴随着特定细胞迁移,阻止这些细胞迁移能抑制疾病进展。细胞迁移涉及到细胞骨架和细胞黏附相关的动态组装和空间位置的改变。小G蛋白Rho家族是肌动蛋白细胞骨架重新组装的主要调节因子之一,在协调细胞迁移中起重要作用。
Cell migration is essential to normal growth and development, which is required throughout the process of tissue damage and infection. Cell migration also occurs in chronic diseases such as cancer, athcreselerosis, chronic inflammatory fibrosis and so on, preventing the migration of definite cell could significantly inhibit the progression of these diseases. Cell migration involves the changes of dynamic assemble and install and special position that related to cystoskelcton and cell adhension, small G-proteins, Rho familys are main regulatory factors of actin cytoskeleton rearrangement, and play important roles in coordinating cell migration.
