摘要 本文综述了乳腺癌目前研究较为成熟和有肯定作用的生物学预后因子癌基因C-erbB-2、抑癌基因p53和肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23。它们均与乳腺癌的发生、发展、转移和复发密切相关,是乳腺癌的重要分子标志物和治疗靶。通过对生物学预后因子的研究,特别是多项生物学预后指标的联合检测和应用,并结合临床,从而更为有效、准确地估计乳腺癌患者的预后,并有助于指导乳腺癌的个体化治疗。 In this review, we summarized some prognostic hio-factors, oncogene C-erbB-2, anti-oncogene p53 and anti-metastasis gone nm23, which have been maturely studied and made sure of positive effect. All these factors were closely correlated with the occurrence, progression, metastasis and recurrence of breast cancer, and is an important molecular marker and therapeutic target of breast cancer. Through the study of such prognostic bio-factors, especially the study of combined detection and application of several bio-factors with clinic,we will more effectively and accurately evaluate the prognosis of patients with breast cancer,which is helpful to direct individualized treatment for cancer patients.
