银杏突变枝、叶内生真菌初步研究

摘要 从银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)突变枝、叶和正常枝、叶分别分离获得内生真菌16、20株和22、38株。研究表明银杏突变枝、叶与正常枝、叶内生真菌在数量、种群及其组成存在着差异。同时,就外界条件的变化对植物内生真菌影响进行初步探讨。 We obtained 16 strains and 20 strains endogeny fungi from mutation branches and leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. respectively. Meanwhile we obtained 22 strains and 38 strains endogeny fungi from normal branches and leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. respectively. The result of our research indicates that there is difference between endogeny fungi from the mutation branches and leaves and from normal branches and leaves in quantity population and compose. At the same time we discuss the influence to endogeny fungi in plant when external condition is changed.
