摘要
本文观察了成人尸体68具共计136侧上肢的尺侧上副动脉起源和行径,分支和分布及其管径大小。结果尺侧上副动脉多数起于肱动脉(占83.09％),口径多在1.1～2.5mm之间(占96.32％),距离胸大肌下缘31～60mm居首位,支数以3～5支多见。
The position and the origin of branches of superior ulnar collateral artery in 68 Chinese adult cadavers were observred. The results are as follows ： 1. Most origins of the artery begin from the brachial artery （83. 09% ）, some from a common trunk with the profonda brachii artery （ 11. 03% ） , only a few from the profonda brachii artery , superficial branchial artery or branch artery. 2. The diameters near the orgin of artery are between 1. 1 -2. 5mm. （96. 32% ） 3. It usually arises 31 -60mm. （64. 71% ） below the lower margin of pectoralis major , or 10 -60mm. （82.35%）. below the lower margin of latissimusdorsi.
