148例维吾尔族男性高尿酸血症的相关因素分析

An analysis of relative factors of 148 Uygur national males with hyperuricemia

目的:研究新疆维吾尔族(维族)男性高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的关系,探讨维族男性高尿酸血症危险因素。方法:339例维族男性分为2组,高尿酸血症组148例,对照组191例为血尿酸正常男性,分别检测2组患者的空腹血糖(BG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、脂蛋白a[LP(a)],并监测腰/臀比(WHR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),对2组患者的各指标进行比较,并对高尿酸血症危险因素进行logistic回归分析。结果:高尿酸血症组WHR、SBP、DBP、BG、BUN、SCr、TG、TC、Lp(a)水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);Logistic回归显示TG、GLU、TC、Lp(a)为高尿酸血症的危险因素。结论:维族男性高尿酸血症患者容易伴发肾损害、高脂血症、高血糖和高血压,应加强对高尿酸血症的防治。

Objective： To study the association between the Uygur national males and the metabolism syndrome,, to discuss the risk factors of LTygur national minority males. Methods： Both 148 males with hyperuricemia and 191 males as control Were measured blood pressure,biochemical variable and so on. Results： Compared to normouricemic subjects, hyperuricemic subjects had much greater WHR, SBP, DBP, GLU, BUN, SCr, TG, TC, Lp （a） （P 〈0.05）. Logistic regression analyses showed that TG, GLU, TC, Lp（a） were the risks of hyperuricemia. Conclusion： Uygur national males have greater risk for the kidney harm, the high lipemia, the high blood sugar and the hypertension, should stregthern prevention and therapy.
