Carisolv去龋治疗龋坏乳牙30例临床分析

摘要 目的:研究Carisolv去龋和传统车针去龋治疗龋坏乳牙的临床疗效,并评价患儿对2种治疗方法的接受程度。方法:30例患儿(60颗患牙)分别采用Carisolv去龋和传统车针去龋进行治疗,并用进口玻璃离子充填,记录去龋时间,比较患儿对2种方法的接受程度。治疗6个月后复查患牙的继发龋情况。结果:Carisolv去龋和传统车针去龋时间分别为(7.28±2.25)(、4.43±2.12)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Carisolv去龋比传统车针去龋疼痛轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),70%的患儿倾向于选择Carisolv去龋,治疗6个月后,Carisolv去龋和传统车针去龋继发龋发生率分别为11.1%、15.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Carisolv去龋时间较长,可被大多数患儿接受,且其可以有效去龋。 Objective. This study was to compare the acceptance of children and clinical effects of Carisolv caries removal and conventional bur caries removal in primary teeth. Methods. Contralateral primary teeth of 30 children (60 carious primary teeth) were treated with Carisolv and with conventional bur respectively, then were filled with glass ionomer, caries completely removal (CCR) time was recorded, compare the acceptability of two caries removal methods by children. After 6 months, secondary caries rate was recorded. Results. Carisolv CCR time was (7.28±2. 25) minutes, conventional bur CCR time was (4. 43± 2.12) minutes. 6 months later, 67% of children reported pain was less with Carisolv than with conventional bur, 70% of children prefer to choose Carisolv. Secondary bur were 11.1% and 15.4% , there was not significant difference between two methods (P 〈0.05). Conclusion. Carisolv CCR time was longer than conventional bur, it can be accepted by the majority of children, Carisolv caries removal was an effective method.
