实行学分制是我国高校教学管理改革中采取的一项重要措施,对提高教育质量及促进高等教育改革具有重要作用.本文从高校学分制的管理特点出发,分析了学分制管理模式下选课的本质,提出了适应学分制管理模式的网络选课系统的基本设计思想,并进一步阐述了选课系统的技术实现问题.

The actualization of credit system,one of important measures that are adopted in the reform of the teaching governance in higher educational. Institutions is essential to the quality of education and the reform of advanced education. This paper discusses the feature of credit system and analyze the essentials of course selecting system. The author raises the basic thought of design of the network elective system based on credit system, and further expounds the technical question of the realization.
