This paper introduces a digital phase shift signal generator. The generator is the system constructed by double CPU of man- computer interface template and phase shift generator template with the functions of detector and display. The serial communication is used between these two templates. The phase shift generator template adopted high- integrated mixed signal SOC （system on chip） and doublechannel of 12 bits high - speed D/A direct digital frequency synthesis （DDFS） technology, meet the precision demand which the software is used to the difference of step - phase at high -frequency. According to the data obtained from the practice, it has the simple and practical value.
