摘要
针对南水北调工程存在大量子项目、涉及管理部门众多、协调任务异常艰巨等情况,建议南水北调工程建设管理办公室借鉴先进的协调管理经验,在运用传统科层和市场协调管理模式的基础上,积极构建工程建设管理相关部门的网络连接。提出:加强思想工作,提高工作积极性;建立健全建设管理规章制度;组建协调机构,加强沟通;建设信息网络,加强信息交流;会议协商制度化等一系列工程建设管理的协调措施,确保工程建设的进度。
South-to-North Water Transfer Project has a lot of subprojects.Many management departments are involved,and it is really an arduous task to manage the project.Therefore,it is suggested that Construction Management Office of South-to-North Water Transfer Project should employ advanced coordinated management experience for reference.Based on the traditional hierarchy and market coordinated management modes,it is also necessary to establish the network connection among the relative management departments.By use of network-based coordinated management mode,the project can be managed coordinately and smoothly,and the schedule of the project can be ensured.
