浅谈机电设备安装工程的监理

机电设备安装工程监理是应对机电设备安装工程工期短,专业性强、工程量大等特点而聘用的,监理工作的好坏直接关系到机电建设工程的投入产出及工程质量。为协调好业主与监理的工作关系,就目前机电设备安装工程监理的任务及必要性展开探讨,提出项目业主应对机电设备安装工程实行“三控协调管理”及有关监理目标控制的建议。

Monitoring of installation of electromechanical equipment is engaged with regard to the characteristics of its short installation period,profession and large workload.The monitoring directly relates with input and output as well as engineering quality of electromechanical projects.For good relationship between employer and monitor,some discussions are given to the task and necessity of monitoring of installation of electromechanical equipment.It is put forward that the employer should implement 'Three-controlling management' and monitoring aim control with regard to the installation of electromechanical equipment.
