水资源紧缺危机从其形成原因来看有资源性缺水、水质性缺水、工程性缺水和水资源浪费几种情形,这种危机将会增加企业运营的难度和成本,对企业可持续发展必将造成现实的、长远的影响。因此,尽快转变观念,及早制定应对水资源紧缺危机的战略,全面规划企业社会责任和企业投资战略,提升企业应对目前和潜在危机的能力,是我国企业当前面临的重要任务。

Water resources shortage crisis is classified into shortage of resources,shortage of water quality,shortage of engineering as well as waste of water resources from its formation causes.Such crisis will raise the operation difficulty and cost of enterprises,and it will arouse realistic and long term effect to their sustainable development.Therefore,the most important task for Chinese enterprises is to transform conception in time,to constitute response strategy,to plan social responsibility and investment strategy,and to raise crisis resistance ability.
