探讨化疗过程职业安全问题对护士的影响,发现化疗过程中存在以下问题:护士职业安全认识不足,防护措施不够完善,环境准备不够。提出相应对策为加强职业安全教育,执行各项防护措施,强化环境准备,严格遵守配制和准备抗肿瘤药物的操作规程。

Investigated professional safety of nurses dursing praperation of chemotherapy drugs and found out following problerns： the knowledge of professional safety was not recognized by nursing staff, protection interventions were not carried out and the environment was not well prepared. To develop relatire strategies： giving professional safety education, carrying out protecting procedures, improving environment preparation and performing regulation of confecting anticancer drug.
