摘要
本文阐述了建立级联式窄带通滤波器的计算机辅助诊断和协同调试技术平台的原理和方法。将实际滤波器最后一级谐振腔短路,然后以测量或仿真的办法确定反射系数的零、±π、±π/2等特征相位对应的频率点,并通过这些频率点提炼出滤波器各谐振腔的独立谐振频率和各级联耦合系数,结合原型电路参数比较,可以实时地对各种赋形响应的窄带通滤波器进行协同仿真、诊断和调试。此外,本文还首次提出了针对HFSS(高频仿真软件)仿真下的设计模型协同优化办法,该优化办法将传统的对滤波器的优化量由(2n-1)2变化为2n-1。
This article mainly expounds principles and methods of computer - aided diagnosis and debugging technology platform for cascaded narrowband filter. The general methods is firstly to short the final resonator of the practical filter, secondly using measure or simulation approach to confirm multi relative frequency points with which the phase of reflection coefficient are 0, and, among these frequency points we come to get independent resonance frequency of each resonator and coupling coefficient between neighbor resonators, which then can synchronously synergic simulate, diagnose and debug various narrowband filters comparing with its prototype circuit parameters. Furthermore, this article also presents optimization means for HFSS simulation models for the first time, by which the optimized computing amount can be reduced from traditional to.
