摘要
本文介绍了46-1-4循环热风烘茧机的工作原理、工艺流程及主要部件的设计与参数选择,并着重对测试项目进行了必要的分析和说明.试验结果表明,该机采用电子计算机检测、控制干燥过程的工艺参数、蚕茧在各个干燥阶段的干燥条件能按预置的工艺要求自动进行调整.具有工艺合理、自动化程度高、机械性能可靠、蚕茧干燥质量好等特点.
The 46-1-4 type cocoon dryer by cyclo-hot-blast air is a late-model product. The principle of operation, process flow design and parameter sclction of its main components arc introduced in this paper. The testing results show that this dryer, which has functions in computer detection and automatic control of technological parameters in drying process, and auto-correct drying conditions of cocoon on predetermined technological requirement in every drying stage, is characterized by reasonable technological process, higher automatical level and reliable mchanical properties. And the quality of cocoon dried with this cquipment was good.
