摘要 长沙大学酒店管理专业采用“2+1”人才培养模式,通过组建高素质的双师型教师队伍、积极推进教学改革、加强与企业合作、强化学生毕业实习的管理、注重学生全面素质培养等措施,以就业为导向,实现了学校、学生和企业“三赢”的结果。 Hotel Management of Changsha University applies "2 + 1" training model to their teaching. Through measures of establishing a teaching team with high-quality, double-division-type teachers, promoting teaching reforms actively, establishing cooperation with enterprises, strengthening graduate students internship management, emphasizing on training measures to improve students' overall quality and making employment- oriented policy, the university achieves "three win" results araong the school, students and businesses.
