在探索实现社会公平与正义的各种救济途径中,非诉讼纠纷解决机制以其特殊性和独有的优势得到了人们更多的关注。为实现非诉讼纠纷解决机制优势最大化,应对律师在该机制中的作用予以充分地肯定,并加以认真地探讨和研究。律师在非诉讼纠纷解决机制中的作用可以体现在三个方面,即帮助当事人实现对该机制的理性选择、确保该机制正义功能的实现以及提升该机制的解决效率。

In the course of seeking all kinds of relief methods of realizing fairness and justice in our society, Alternative Dispute Resolution has been paid more attention to because of its particularity and unique advantages. In order to take its max advantages, the role of the lawyers in the mechanism should be confirmed sufficiently and should be probed and researched seriously. There are three major roles with regard to lawyers in Alternative Dispute Resolution：First, they can help the parties to choose Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure rationally. Second, they ensure the function of fairness in ADR can be realized. Third, they can promote the efficiency of dispute resolution in ADR.
