摘要
统治中国长达2000年的科举制度蕴涵着公平竞争、择优选才的文化精神。我国的公务员考试制度就可以看作是吸收,借鉴古代科举文明的典型。但同时,在其具体实施过程中也必然存在一些弊端。从公务员考试制度的历史渊源出发,通过分析近年公务员报考热门的原因,提出改进公务员录用制度的几点建议。
The civil service exam system, dominating China for more than 2000 years, containing a kind of cultural spirit of the faimess in competition and selection. The examine system of the public official, in modem society, is a succession to that system. As a measure to select the talent, however, the examine system inevitably causes some negative outcomes in this implementation. Reexamining the history and analyzing the cause of a recent phenomenon, this article provides some advice for the improvement of the exanfine system of the public official.
