如何运用层次分析法选择教学实习基地——以旅游管理专业饭店管理教学实习为例

Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) in Selection of Hotel Management Practice Training Base for Tourism Management Undergraduates

饭店管理教学实习基地的正确选择是保证旅游管理专业学生顺利完成实习的重要前提,而利用层次分析法可以选择好理想的实习基地。首先,利用特尔菲法构建选择饭店管理教学实习基地的评价因子,然后采用层次分析法构建各层因子间的判断矩阵,在对判断矩阵进行一致性检验的基础上计算出各因子的权重,并以此为模型对可供选择的饭店进行评价,最后按照得分的高低选择三家饭店作为实习基地。

Proper selection of hotel management practice training base is the important foundation for the accomplishment of practice training. The factors of evaluating hotel management practice training base are selected by Dephi method. Based on test of the consistency of judging matrix,the proportion of each factors is calculated. Ten hotcls are evaluated by using this method, and three hotels are selected as hotel management practice training bases.
