法官独立是审判独立的重要组成部分。我国法官独立的现状与国际上所认可的法官独立标准存在差距,在对我国法官独立现状进行分析的基础上,对我国法官独立进行重构使之与国际标准相统一。

Judges independence is a very important sector of trial independence. The practice of judges independence in our country don＇t adjust to the criterion view of inter-country, based on analysis of practice of our country, we should reconstruct the system of judges independence in order to apply for the standard of inter-country.
