摘要
导出了等效连续梁分析模型,依此优化设计MG650高精度内圆磨床的磨杆振动控制用调谐阻尼器,成功地解决了高精度齿轮内孔镜面磨削的振纹问题。
Using the analysis of equivalent continuous beam, the tuned damper for controlling the vibration of grinder rod of the MG650 precision grinder was optimally designed. The problem of vibration vein of the mirror finish of precision hole of gear was satisfactorily solved.
