作为知识经济时代的产物,智力资本管理越来越引起人们的重视。它进一步推动了对人力资源管理、知识管理及智力资源管理等相关学科或理论的深入研究,使相关学科领域间的交叉和相互渗透程度不断增大。智力资本管理是人力资源管理适应时代发展的必然趋势,是知识管理研究领域的重要分支,同时也是智力资源管理的一部分。本文在对智力资本管理进行科学定位的基础上,探讨了智力资本管理的发展趋势。

Intelligence capital management as the result of knowledge economy time has attracted more and more attention from the public. The emergence of intelligence capital management has pushed the penetration of the research to its related discipline, promoted the development of the discipline or theory on human resources management （HRM）, knowledge management and intelligence resource management in particular. The overlapping and mutual permeability of the related discipline domain is becoming increasingly larger. Intelligence capital management is the inevitable trend of the development of human resources management, which is an important branch of knowledge management research domain. Meanwhile it is also a part of intelligence resource management （IRM）. This paper probes into the developing trend of intelligence capital management on the base of scientific localization to Intelligence Capital Management.
