针对MELINETS中办理借书证模块上因设计缺陷所导致的书证办理流程复杂,自动化程度太低,对借书证条形码编码缺乏一个科学性的规范,提出了解决方案,增加了借书证条形码取码规则,并在此基础上设计了新的办证系统.

Aimed at the complicated process of making library cards that is of low automation and lacks a barcode norm a project is put forward to resolve the problem.
