现阶段我国私营经济所体现的经济关系,不能简单地等同于资本主义经济。我国的私营经济具有崭新的特点,它根本有别于资本主义经济,已经成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。各级政府必须采取有效的政策,帮助其提高市场竞争力,积极鼓励、支持和引导私营经济的发展、壮大,从而完善社会主义市场经济体制,加快生产力发展。

The economic relationship in the present private economy can＇t be simply classified as the capitalist economy. The private economy in China has some new features. It has fundamental difference with the capitalist economy in western countries. It has been an indispensable part of the socialist economy. The governments in all levels should take effective measures to enhance its competition in the market. The government should encourage, support and guide the growth and development of China＇s private economy. By doing this, it will perfect the socialist market economy and promote the development of productivity.
