摘要
教育公平是构建和谐社会的重要基础。教育不公平的根源在于教育投入的不足和不公。教育资源配置失衡,危及社会安全和发展。增加教育经费,相对集中办学,发展和办好寄宿制学校,是实现教育资源共享的有效途径。
Fair education is the important base of constructing a harmonious society. The basic cause of the unfair education lies in the inadequate and unfair input. The unbalanced educational resource endangers the safety of the society and development. Increasing education input, comparatively concentrating schools, developing boarding schools and making them better are the efficient methods of realization of education resource share.
