摘要 介绍了化工部西北院开发研制的T-907型COS水解催化剂和Tc-22型常温脱硫剂用于丙烯常温液相精脱硫的研究及工业应用情况。小试及工业应用考核表明,这两种脱硫催化剂在常温下能有效脱除液相丙烯中的硫化物,当丙烯含硫(H2S+COS)<15ppm时,10~40℃下,经两种催化剂串联处理后的丙烯总硫含量<0.1ppm,其性能均达到国外同类产品水平,且制备工艺简单,强度好,成本低,可广泛应用于液相丙烯的精脱硫。 The performance of T907 type carbonyl sulfide hydrolysis catalyst and To-22 type ambient temperature desulfurizer for ambient temperature liquid phase fine desulfurization of propylene was studied andtheir industrial application outlined. Bench-scale tests and industrial check run show that these twodesulfurizers can effectively remove the sulfides in liquid propylene.When sulfur content in propylene(H2S+COS)is less than 15 ppm,tile two desulfurizer arranged in series can cut the sulfur level inpropylene down to less than 0.1ppm at 10~40℃,which means their performance has reached the advanced level of similar products in the world. With excellent performance,simplicity in manufacture,high strength and low cost,they will fing wide use in find desulfurization of liquid propylene.
