摘要
用尼龙-6短纤维增强PVC,研究了纤维长径比、用量、表面处理及纤维与基体树脂共混条件对复合材料流动性的影响。发现用自制的封闭异氰酸酯增粘体系(TDI)处理纤维所得复合材料的流动性优于用其它增粘体系。
In this paper , the melt fluidity of PVC composite reinforced with nylon -6 short fiber has been studied . The effects of the L/D , the content and the surface treatment method of the short fiber as well as the blending conditions of the matrix resin on the melt fluidity of the composites have been discussed . It has been found that the composite with the fiber treated by self-made TDI adhesive increaser (encapsulated tolylene diisocyanate) shows a fluidity superior to the composites using other adhesive increasers.
