摘要
应用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)分析技术,测定了310个具有代表性的卷烟辅料BOPP膜样品的中红外光谱数据.结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立了测定BOPP膜厚度和克重的校正模型,并对光谱数据的采集、预处理、光谱区域的选择和模型的优化进行了讨论.所建的厚度和克重模型相关系数分别为:0.972 82,0.977 84,交互效验均方残差分别为:0.269 00,0.030 80.将模型的预测结果与标准方法测定结果进行比较,在显著性水平为5%的条件下,两种方法不存在显著性差异.此方法可用于快速定量测定Bopp膜的物理指标,且操作简单易行,结果准确.
By using the ATR- FTIR spectrum method, the calibration model of some physical parameters (including weight, thickness, and etc. ) of BOPP membrane in cigarette has been established with partial least squares(PLS). In comparison with the standard analytical method, the results obtained through the model method are reasonable, and the method is rapid, simple and dependable.
