摘要
在新课程改革的背景下,中小学教师从事教学研究具有更新教育理念、解决新教材使用中的实际问题、提升教师的专业化水平等现实价值.中小学教师可从阅读别人的理论成果、参加教研活动、课堂教学、教学手段等方面进行教学研究.
Under the reforming circumstance of the new curriculum, updating teaching concept, solving the problems in using the textbooks and promoting teacher's professional ability deserves the study on teaching for teachers in elementary and middle schools. Teachers in elementary and middle schools may carry out their studies from such prospective as using others' theory, attending teaching and researching activities and making use if new teaching approaches.
