在阐述江西水稻病虫灾害发生概况和特点的基础上,对其成灾原因进行了分析,并提出了具体的防治措施。研究结果认为,气象要素的周期性变化,以及农事活动,对病虫灾害的发生影响极大。其中山区、丘陵的适温高湿寡照,是造成山区丘陵早中稻稻瘟常发重发的重要因素;降雨是迁飞性害虫和流行性病害暴发成灾的主导因素,温度对病虫特别是虫害影响大。要做好江西水稻病虫灾害的预防和控制,就要加强领导,健全政府病虫灾害防治机制;加强监测,提高病虫灾害预警水平;加强宣传,提高农户病虫灾害防治能力;加强指导,提高科学防控病虫灾害水平。

This paper presents the general situation and characteristics of paddy diseases and insect pests in Jiangxi province and analyzes its causation,followed by comprehensive control measurement.The results suggest that the periodicity of weather factors and the agronomic activities affect greatly generate of paddy diseases and insect pests in Jiangxi province.Thereinto,the high frequency of vernal and aestival paddy pestilence in mountains and highland is the result of befitting temperature,high moisture and exiguous sunlight;precipitation is the main factor to cause migratory pest and epidemic disease;temperature influence paddy diseases and insect pests greatly,especially insect pests. It＇s essential for control paddy diseases and insect pests in Jiangxi province to enhance leadership and establish govemment system of controlling paddy diseases and insect pests,to strengthen observation and improve the predict level of paddy diseases and insect pests,to reinforce propaganda and advance farmer＇s capability to control paddy diseases and insect pests ,to intensify guidance and heighten the control level of paddy diseases and insect pests.
