Determination of Phorate and Phoxin in 5%Jia Xin GR, a Combined Granular Formulation

本文采用萃取、薄层层析等分离方法，选择合适的萃取剂、展开剂，经分离后，分别刮下甲拌磷和辛硫磷谱带，采用气相色谱法测定甲拌磷含量；采用液相色谱法测定辛硫磷含量。

In this paper, the seperation and determination of phorate and phoxin in 5% Jia-xin GR, a combined granular formulation were described. The sample was extracted with methanol and seperated by thin-layer chromatography. The stripes of phorate and phoxin were scraped respectively and the methanol solution of scraped samples were analysed with GC for phorate and HPLC for phoxin, respectively. The method has good accuracy, reliability and exellent reproducibility and easy to operate.
