摘要 本文详细描述了新型智能电容式物位计控制器的研究与开发。第一部分介绍了国内外智能物位计的发展现状;第二部分探讨了智能物位控制器的总体设计方案,本控制系统中选择了以单片机为主体的控制方案;第三部分重点分析了该智能控制器的硬件设计;最后一部分着重介绍了该控制器的软件设计,采用了模块化程序设计的方法。该控制器设计的显著特点就是采用了大量的外围芯片与单片机串行连接,大大化简了线路,使系统硬件结构更加简单,提高了系统的集成度。 The paper writes in detail the achievement of the research and development of a new intelligent controller with capacitance level measuring instrument. The first part of this paper introduces the present status of home and abroad development of intelligent level measuring instruments. The second part discusses the general design scheme of intelligent level controller; the control scheme of the main body with a single chip microcomputer is selected in this control system. The third part emphatically analyzes the hardware design of the intelligent controller. The last part particularly introduces the software design of this intelligent controller, in which a modularized programming method is adopted. The remarkable characteristics of design in this controller are the use of a great deal of peripheral chips, which arc in serial connection with the SCM. They greatly simplify the circuit and the structure of the system hardware, thus achieving a high-level system integration.
