钛硅分子筛(TS-1)的合成、结构表征及催化性能研究 被引量:17

摘要 在不同条件下成功地合成了钛硅分子筛TS-1,并利用ICP-AES、XRD、FT-IR、TME等手段对所获得的分子筛进行了表征,研究发现,TS-1分子筛中骨架钛与非骨架锐钛矿的相对含量、晶体结构、晶体粒子的大小、形貌特征等属性与分子筛的合成方法密切相关。并通过氯丙烯环氧化反应研究了获得的TS-1分子筛的催化活性与合成方法及其结构之间的相互关系。 Different methods have been used to prepare titanium silicalites 1(TS-1),which are characterized by ICP-AES,XRD,FT-IR and TEM.As seen by the results of experiments the titanium silicalite 1 prepared by the method described herein has the high yield and crystallinity which were demonstrated by ICP-AES analysis.X-ray diffraction(XRD) study shows that the TS-1 sample,especially prepared from aqueous solution of TiCl3,has the highest content of framework titanium(SiO2/TiO2 molar ratio can reach as high as 44 in zeolite) without occurrence of extraframework titanium(anatase TiO2).This is further proved by FT-IR results that the increasing content of titanium in zeolite leads to a linear increasing intensity of the IR 960 cm-1 band.TEM study reveals that not only the crystal size but also the morphology of TS-1 particle are changed according to the preparation.The catalytic activity of Th-1 also changes with the preparing method and the TS-1 prepared from TiCl3 has the highest catalytic activity.
