摘要
本文综述了煤焦气化反应性分别与其总面积、活性表面积和反应表面积(活性点数)的关系。对于非催化和钾催化煤焦CO_2气化反应,暂态动力学的研究结果表明,反应速率和活性点数之间有较好的对应关系。而对于钙和镍催化煤焦CO_2气化反应,它们之间的关联性很差。这一现象用非催化和钾、钙、镍催化煤焦CO_2气化反应机理做了很好的解释。
The correlation between char gasification reactivity(R)and its total surface area(TSA),active surface area(ASA),reactive surface area(RSA)is discussed respectively in this paper.The transient kinetic experiment indicates that there is a good correlation between R and RSA for uncatalyzed or potassium-catalyzed char,but for calcium-or nickel-catalyzed char,the correlation is very poor.The facts can be illustrated by the mechanism of uncatalyzed and potassium-,calcium-,nickel- catalyzed char gasification.
