RNAi抑制动物病毒的增殖 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了RNAi的发现及作用机理,总结了RNAi抑制A型流感病毒、口蹄疫病毒、登革热病毒和猪瘟病毒复制的机理,并讨论RNAi基础上抗病毒治疗的可能性。虽然RNAi的应用还有一定的局限性,但仍然被认为是对抗病毒感染最有效的方法之一,并具有非常光明的前景。
