论述了计算工期长于目标工期时,以最小的成本增加换取工期加速的方法,并通过实例加以说明。
The method to obtain the speeding of construction period with the minimum increase of cost when the calculated construction period is longer than the targeted construction period was described, and the method was explained through a practical example.
