摘要
济南市水质净化二厂是由国家投资兴建的济南市第二座污水处理厂。其设计规模为20万m3/d。该厂已于2002年底建成投运,有效地改善了小清河水系的水质污染状况。为确保污水处理工艺和设备能够长期安全可靠地运行,该厂采用PLC可编程序控制器和常规检测仪表设计了一套运行可靠的自动监测和安全联锁系统。该系统集过程控制和科学管理于一体,对指导工艺及设备的正常运行,提高自动化控制和管理水平发挥了重要作用。
With the 200,000m^3/d designed ability, Jinan No.2 Sewage Disposal Plant has been in operation since 2002, invented by the country government. It has efficiently improved the qualify of Xiaoqing River water system. For long-term and reliable work of the sewage disposal system the plant has designed a reliable auto-monitor and safety interlock system by making use of PLC and normal apparatus. The system combines process control and scientific management, and plays an important role in directing the system to work correctly, improving the automatic control and management.
