摘要
研究了可生物降解的新型聚合物阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸对硫酸钙的阻垢性能,探讨了共聚物质量浓度、钙离子质量浓度、硫酸根质量浓度、温度、pH值等因素对聚天冬氨酸阻硫酸钙垢性能的影响,并用扫描电镜研究了聚天冬氨酸对硫酸钙的结晶形态的影响,在聚天冬氨酸质量浓度为2 mg/L时,硫酸钙晶体产生了严重的变形.结果表明聚天冬氨酸对硫酸钙具有优异的阻垢性能.
The properties of scale - inhibiting of the polyaspartic acid to CaSO4 were studied which included the effects of polyaspartic concentration, Ca^2+ concentration, SO4^2- concentration , pH value and temperature on the properties of scale - inhiting of polyaspartic to CaSO4. The effects of polyaspatic on crystallizing conformation of CaSO4 were observed by using scanning electron microscope. The experiment results showed that the polyaspartic had excellent efficiency of scale - inhibiting to CaSO4 for water treatment.
