摘要
采用热压法制备了不同SiC晶须含量的Al2O3/TiB2/SiCw复合材料.研究了该复合材料的强度、断裂韧性随温度的变化规律.结果表明:添加SiC、有利于提高材料的高温韧性和高温强度.晶须含量越高,高温增韧效果越明显.
Al2O3/TiB2/SiCw ceramic composites with different SiC. content were fabricated by hot-pressing technique. The mechanical properties at high temperature of these composites were studied. Considerable improvement in fracture toughness was observed at high temperature. The more the SiC. were contained, the higher the toughening and strengthening effect were obtained.
