Research of Design Method of Series of Products Based on Product Portfolios Architecture

产品整合系统是企业为创造一个较大系统研发设计环境的重要手段。以城市路灯网络化控制系统的相关产品为例,介绍了产品整合构造的基本原理及整合平台构造步骤,提出了基于产品形态特征的整合平台构造方法。从产品材料、结构、工艺等方面的不同特点出发,研究了基于系列化产品的整合设计方法。该方法的提出,对于探讨系列产品的构思方法,统一工业产品的设计风格,具有重要的理论指导意义和实际应用价值。

Product portfolios system is an important method for a company to make a design environment for a large system. This article took the products of city lighting control system as an example. It introduced the rationale of the product portfolios architecture and the construct approach of the portfolio platform and presented the method of constructing the portfolio platform on base of product shape character, it researched the portfolios design method of a series of products after considering different materials of products, structures and craft characteristics. The method has important theory and practicality meaning for discussing the conceive method for a series of products and unifying the style of industrial products.
