干燥机械的技术进展

Present Situation and Developing Trend of Drying Machines

阐述了目前的3种干燥方法即机械除湿法、加热干燥法和化学除湿法。论述了被干燥物料的特性和干燥机械的特性,干燥机械对被干燥物料的适应能力、对产品的质量无损害以及热效率高,是干燥的主要技术经济指标。在分析干燥技术的现状的基础上,提出了干燥机械的发展趋势,以推动干燥机械技术的发展。

Three kind of drying methods were introduced including mechanical water removal, heating dry and chemical water removal. The main technical economic norms including meeting dried material, not damaging product quality and higher thermal efficiency to drying machines were discussed. On the basis of present situation of drying technology analysis, the developing trend of drying machines was put forward to promote the development of drying machine technology.
