热轧厂主传动齿轮箱强度问题的探讨

Analysis of the strength of the main drive gear box in hot strip mill plant

摘要 本文介绍了宝钢热连轧带钢厂精轧机齿轮机座的强度计算及中德双方的不同技术观点,并对齿面胶合和轴承寿命问题进行重点探讨。实践证明:主传动齿轮箱采用渗碳磨齿的斜齿轮取代传统的人字齿轮后,齿面基本上来发现明显损伤,但轴承的寿命明显偏低,成为主传动齿轮箱的薄弱环节。 s:The strength calculation of gear stands of finishing roll in Baosteel hot strip mill plant and the technical dispute between Chinese and German are introduced.The scoring of tooth surface and age of bearings are investigated emphatically.Practice proves that obvious default has not found in the tooth surface basically,but the age of bearings becomes obviously lower,which turns into the weak point of the main drive gearbox,after bevel gears of carbonized gear grinding with relief replace traditional angular gear.
