摘要 2-氨基-5-甲基吡啶经重氮化、水解得到5-甲基-2(1H)-吡啶酮,再与碘苯在CuCl催化下进行N-芳基化反应得到吡非尼酮,总收率50％。 Pirfenidone was synthesized from 2-amino-5-methylpyridine by diazotization and hydrolysis to give 5- methyl-2 （1H） -pyridone followed by N-phenylation using iodobenzene with an overall yield of 50%.
