开铁口机是完成打开高炉铁口操作的关键设备。本文介绍了在首钢新３￣＃高炉投入使用的ＳＧＫ型遥控全液压开铁口机的性能、特点及设计中采用的新技术、新结构。实践证明，这种开铁口机具有良好的使用效果和经济效益，完全可以替代进口产品，具有推广价值。
Taphole driller is a key equipment to open the taphole blast furnace.The characteristics,new technologies and new structures of a remote control taphole driller of modle SGK full hydraulic drive are introduced,which had been used in Shou Gang new No.3 B.F.Practice has been proved that the taphole driller has good economic results and can be substituted for the imported taphole driller.
