融合多颜色空间的淋巴瘤空泡状细胞模糊识别 被引量:2

摘要 介绍一种淋巴瘤病理图像中空泡状细胞自动提取的方法.针对彩色淋巴瘤病理图像的特征,提出基于多颜色空间、模糊边界和区域特征的淋巴瘤空泡状细胞识别方法.实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地对淋巴瘤图像进行分割,较准确地提取出空泡状细胞. A method of recognition of lymphoma vacuole nucleus in pathological images ot lympnoma is introduced. From the characteristics of color pathological images of lymphoma, the method of recognition of lymphoma vacuole nucleus is established on the basis of multiple color space, fuzzy boundary and the characteristics of areas. The results of these experiments show that this method can effectively segment lymphoma pathologic images, comparatively accurately extract vacuole nucleuses.
