The Fuzzy and Comprehensive Assessment of the Effects of Application of Instruments and Facilities in Colleges and Universities

从影响高校仪器设备利用效果的因素出发,通过运用集合、权重、模糊数学等方法,初步构建了高校仪器设备利用效果的指标体系,同时提出对高校仪器设备利用效果进行综合评价的方法,为学校客观评价仪器利用效果提供了一种科学与实用的方法。

Based on the factors that influence the effects of application of instruments and facilities in Colleges and Universities, this paper constructs tentatively an index system for the assessment of these effects by the employment of set, weight and fuzzy mathematics, and thereby puts forward a comprehensive, scientific, feasible and objective method for the institutions to assess these effects.
