轴向正压力作用下新型触觉复合材料电阻机械效应研究

摘要 制备了一种纳米级导电炭黑填充热塑性弹性体的触觉敏感复合材料,并在MTS810材料万能试验机上对复合材料的力学性能和电学性能进行了同步测定。主要讨论了不同轴向加载速率对复合体系电阻机械效应的影响。结果表明,在0MPa^2.5MPa压力范围内,复合材料的压力-电阻拟合曲线接近线性;当轴向加载速率从0.25N/s增加到1.0N/s后,材料的压力-电阻拟合曲线的线性度有了一定程度的改善。 A nano-sized CB/TPE matrix tactile composite has been fabricated, and its mechanics and electrics properties have been simultaneously measured. Effect of different uniaxial compressive stress on REM has been especially discussed. The results showed that the pressure-resistlvity regressive curve was linear closely under the pressure range from 0 to 2.5MPa. The linearity of the pressure-resistivity regressive curve was improved when loading velocity has been increased from 0.25 to 1.0N/s.
