摘要
采用焊接热模拟的方法,研究了不同峰温和停留时间条件下,Ti-N和Ti-Nb-N两种成分系列的微合金钢焊接热影响区奥氏体晶粒长大的特点,试验结果表明,微合金钢抗奥氏体晶粒长大的能力,不仅和Ti含量有关,也和Nb含量及N含量有关。
The Characteristics of austenite grains growth in Ti-N and Ti-Nb-N microalloyed steels welding HAZ have been studied by using of welding thermal simulation under different T_P and corresponding holding time condition. Test results indicate that the ability of microalloyed steels to resist growth of austenite grains is related not only to the Ti content but also to the Nb and N content.
