In the street of Vietnam, we often see the sign-boards written with ＂PHO＇, which pronounces like ＂Fo＂ in Vietnamese. This is the rice noodle - Vietnamese people＇s most important food besides rice. Its soup is extremely fresh and delicious with the key flavoring ＂chicken powder＂, which is actually ＂Vedan＂, a type of MSG extracted from cassava. In Vietnam, Vedan, the big food factory operated by Taiwan Residents businessmen, takes up more than 50 percent of the MSG market share.
